Sometimes what we need is a space to slow down, listen inward, clear what feels heavy, and reconnect with the wisdom already within us. Intuitive Energy Healing is a deeply personalized session designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each experience unfolds differently, weaving together intuitive guidance, tarot, chakra clearing, spiritual coaching, meditation, sound healing, and nervous system regulation. Rather than following a set formula, I listen intuitively to what is present and allow the session to evolve around what you need in that moment.

Each session is intuitively created around what you are experiencing and what comes forward during our time together.

A longer session for deeper exploration, support through transition, or additional time for intuitive guidance, coaching, energy work, meditation, and sound healing.


Three-Session Journey Three 75-minute sessions | $515

​A supportive container for ongoing reflection, integration, and personal transformation. Sessions may be scheduled around a specific transition, recurring pattern, or intention you would like to explore over time.


​What We May Explore


Intuitive + Tarot Guidance
Tarot can be used as a tool for reflection and deeper insight, helping illuminate patterns, transitions, questions, or areas of your life asking for attention. Rather than predicting your future, we use the cards to open a conversation with your own intuition.

Chakra + Energy Clearing
​We will work with the energetic body to notice where you may be feeling depleted, stagnant, disconnected, or overwhelmed. Through intuitive energy work and diving deeper, we create space for greater balance, grounding, and connection. 

​ Spiritual Coaching
Sometimes what comes forward simply needs to be witnessed and explored. Together, we can look at recurring patterns, relationships, transitions, boundaries, purpose, or the places where you may be feeling stuck—while helping you reconnect with your own inner knowing. Nervous System Regulation Healing isn’t only energetic—it is embodied. Gentle breath, grounding practices, body awareness, and intentional stillness can help create a greater sense of safety and presence within the body.

Meditation + Sound Healing
Crystal singing bowls, chimes, vibration, breath, and guided meditation invite the mind to soften and the body to settle. Sound becomes a way to move out of constant thinking and into a quieter space where you can simply receive.

In your session we begin with a conversation about what is currently happening in your life and what you would like support around. From there, we allow the session to unfold intuitively. We may pull tarot cards, explore an energetic pattern, work through the chakras, practice grounding or nervous system regulation, or move into guided meditation and or sound healing.
​No two sessions are exactly alike. You don’t need to arrive knowing what you want to work on. You can simply arrive as you are. My role isn’t to tell you who you are or what choices you should make. It is to hold a supportive space where you can quiet the outside noise, explore what is surfacing, and hear yourself more clearly. You may leave feeling
 more grounded and present,  clearer about something you’ve been navigating, lighter or more spacious energetically, more connected to your intuition, calmer in your body and nervous system, and or supported through a transition or period of change, more connected to yourself.
